If you have ever played on our project servers (2015-2022), it means that your data is likely stored in our databases, and we can review your application.

You will need to join any of our game servers and play at least 2 waves to create a new account in the database, which we can use to restore perks.

Due to significant differences in the old and new perk progression systems, a 1-to-1 recovery of perks is not possible. However, to ensure fairness, we restore the "new" equivalent progression.

Examples:

• 14.7 level of the old perk = 147 level of the new perk
• 9.3 level of the old perk = 93 level of the new perk

If you had unlocked prestige, all recovered perks will have it unlocked (note that prestige is now unlocked individually for each perk without a global perks reset).

The following cannot be restored:

• Game statistics (number of zombies killed, playtime, etc.)
• Inventory items
• Clans

• Old Steam ID (one or more)
• New Steam ID (only if changed; provide the reason)
• Nicknames (old and new)
• Country/city from which you connected to the servers before
• Screenshots (optional but appreciated)

You can submit your request in the project's Discord server. Step-by-step instructions:

1. Go to the project's Discord and open the "Support" section.
2. Create a new thread with the "Help" tag and compose a message following the format above.

You will receive a response in the same channel once the application is reviewed by the administration.
