The inability to respawn in the original game until the end of a wave is a pain point for all Killing Floor players. Sometimes waves take a long time, and watching others isn't always enjoyable!

On our servers, there is an automatic respawn system after death with a waiting timer. The waiting time is calculated by the formula: time = 60 + number of deaths + number of deaths * 2. This means that the more you die, the longer you will have to wait to respawn. The base respawn time is 60 seconds on regular waves and 5 minutes on the final wave. Faster respawn is available for players with Premium.

For each respawn on regular waves, monsters will receive a small increase to their total number, while on the final wave, bosses will regenerate a small percentage of their health for each respawn.

For each respawn, 20% of money is deducted (exception: servers with game difficulty easier than Suicidal).

Players receive god mode for 3 seconds after each respawn.

If the entire team dies on any wave except the final one, the wave will be restarted from the beginning, giving players a second chance to fight the monsters. The second chance is only given once per map.

When appearing on the second chance, the money balance is not reset.
